1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Savage Steel website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All knives are hand forged, and slight variation in grain, finish, and dimensions between the product photo and the item you receive is normal and expected for handmade goods -- it's not a defect. Stock quantities and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient stock, in which case you'll be refunded in full.

4. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

If your knife arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll repair it, replace it, or refund it, your choice. Unused, unaltered knives may otherwise be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (return shipping is the customer's responsibility). Because each knife is made to order, custom handle selections and personalized orders are final sale once shipped, except in the case of a defect.

5. Limitation of Liability

Knives are sharp tools capable of causing serious injury. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for safe handling, use, storage, and keeping them away from children. You must be of legal age to purchase a knife in your jurisdiction. Beyond the warranty above, knives are sold as-is, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use or misuse.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
